PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the VPNVisit marketing website, user panel, and subscription service. The sections below explain how data is used for accounts, connections, website storage, and payments, and outline retention and deletion rules. Third-party payment pages and external websites are governed by their own privacy policies.
Account and Business Data
You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Account credentials are used for authentication, subscription assignment, and access management. Email is not required. If you voluntarily provide an email address or other personal information in a support ticket, it will be used only to handle that request. Do not submit sensitive information unrelated to the issue.
Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment result, and refund processing information. They are used to deliver subscriptions, reconcile accounts, and resolve disputes. Cumulative data usage and plan status are used to apply billing rules, not to reconstruct browsing activity. Support ticket content is used to investigate issues reported by users.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNVisit follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through the service, retain browsing history, destination URLs, search queries, or communication content, or create connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's activity.
Temporary session data needed while a connection is active is used only to maintain the connection and allocate resources. It is not retained as access logs after the session ends. Account-level cumulative data usage, subscription status, and order records are service delivery data and are handled separately from website access records. If diagnostic information is needed to investigate a reported issue, remove passwords and subscription credentials first.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Analytics on the marketing website are used to understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage, helping improve content and navigation. They are not used to analyze browsing behavior during subscription connections. Analytics data should not contain account passwords, subscription links, or payment credentials.
Cookies and browser local storage are used for essential session identification, login status, language preferences, and interface settings. Login credentials may be stored in the current browser. After using a shared device, sign out and clear the relevant site data. Browsers can restrict cookies or clear local storage, which may require you to log in again or reset preferences, but does not automatically delete server-side account or order records.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
We support Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party provider. VPNVisit receives the transaction identifier, amount, and payment status needed to verify an order. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets. Third-party providers may process transaction information under their own rules; review their information before making a payment.
Data is shared only to the extent necessary to deliver the service, respond to user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. For payment reconciliation, only information related to the relevant order is transmitted; network access content is not used as payment processing data.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for accounting reconciliation, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Support tickets and diagnostic information are deleted or de-identified after the issue and any necessary review are complete. Analytics are retained only as long as needed for their purpose and are not intended to preserve identifiable details over the long term.
To access, correct, or delete your information, sign in to the user panel and describe your request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before processing. If an order or refund is still pending, or records must be retained by law, we will explain what cannot yet be deleted and why. Deleting an account may affect subscriptions and future access to records, so resolve outstanding matters first.
Policy Updates and Contact
If data uses, processing methods, or applicable requirements change, this page will be updated along with the last-updated month. Changes that materially affect user rights will be announced in the user panel. Where separate consent is required, we will explain this before the relevant processing begins. Submit privacy-related questions through a user panel support ticket. For service rules, see the Terms of Service.
