SERVICE TERMS
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to VPNVisit accounts, subscriptions, and related client services. Please review them before use and check the pricing page, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy for specific rules.
Service Scope
VPNVisit provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, AI tools, streaming, and international websites. Coverage includes 110+ countries / 150+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, exit regions, and client access details are shown in the user panel.
A subscription provides network connectivity only. It does not include memberships, content licenses, or account benefits from third-party websites. The operators of those services determine their regional rules, eligibility requirements, and content licenses; users should verify these separately. Connection illustrations and technical descriptions on this site do not guarantee uninterrupted access to every destination website.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login credentials and subscription links secure, and do not post them on public pages, in groups, or in shared documents. If you discover a credential leak or unusual activity, change your password promptly and describe the issue in a user panel ticket.
There is no device limit for the account holder’s own devices. This does not permit sharing accounts with others, distributing subscriptions, reselling routes, or operating a proxy service. Users must not use the multi-device allowance to create a public connection pool or use another person’s account credentials.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. See the pricing page for prices and data allowances, and check your order details before payment. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel; you must log in to access a subscription.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where they use the service, as well as the terms of use of destination websites. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including network attacks, fraud, distributing malicious software, account theft, or violations of others’ privacy or intellectual property rights.
Users must not disrupt service operations through automated abuse, malicious scanning, system interference, or attempts to evade normal charges. Users are responsible for activity initiated through their accounts. When using public networks or third-party platforms, maintain appropriate account protections and data backups.
Availability and Liability
Connection performance depends on the local network, carrier routing, exit status, device settings, and responses from destination services. Maintenance, troubleshooting, or upstream network changes may temporarily alter or interrupt some routes. If an issue occurs, first check your local network and client settings, then provide relevant details through a support ticket.
VPNVisit is not responsible for third-party website content, account handling, or regional policies, and does not guarantee a fixed speed or uninterrupted connection. To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect losses caused by device failures, leaked credentials, changes to third-party services, or force majeure are outside the scope of the service’s control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit users’ statutory rights.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If VPNVisit identifies unlawful use, account resale, public distribution of subscriptions, malicious disruption of the service, or another material breach of these terms, it may restrict connections, suspend subscriptions, or terminate accounts based on the risk. In urgent cases, necessary measures may be taken first to prevent further impact.
Users who dispute a restriction may submit an explanation and relevant records through a user panel ticket. Do not submit account passwords or complete subscription links during a review. Account actions should reflect the circumstances and do not limit users’ rights to appeal or seek remedies under applicable law.
Changes and Related Policies
When service rules change, VPNVisit will update these terms and the last-updated month on this page. Important changes affecting service benefits will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Review the latest terms before continuing to use the service. If you have questions about a change, you may submit them through a support ticket.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for how to apply.
See the Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is handled. If these terms conflict with mandatory provisions of applicable law, those legal provisions apply; the remaining terms continue in effect.
